6. Protection of ordinary citizens to minimize inconvenience in their daily lives, excluding anti-state or system-overthrowing individuals.

Violation of the above measures will result in detention, arrest, and search without warrant under Article 9 of the Martial Law Act (Special Authority of the Martial Law Commander) and punishment under Article 14 (Penalties).
